I am unable to create options on trees 2 to 9 on Call Pilot 100. I can record a Home menu but when I try to enter any paths I am told invalid path. I don't want to default the system unless I have to. Only tree I can use is 1. I need tree 2 for after hours options but can't get it to take path numbers. Have tried other trees too, no difference. And no option to build. Any thoughts?

CCR trees no build option

Did you disable the Tree in Table per warning you see when you first went into CCR Tree? "Tree Disabled"
-Edit - disregard that since Path 0 is ok.
Are you doing it from the web or the telephone....try the other.
Suggest you do a backup then do a reinstall and restore.....may or may not work.
