hi,
I have a question about CCR tree in BCM450
I set an autoattendant which is using CCR tree (for example: Service menu: press 1 for technical service press 2 for sale department)
when the user is in a menu and if he does not press any digit(1 or 2) the call is disconnected.
How can I set the CCR that the call will not be disconnected and it will be redirected to attendant dn without pressing anything, automatically.

Thanks

look under F982 and make sure att available is set to yes

normal operation
when customer calls in and does nothing it goes to attendant
(fallback for people who still have rotary phones)
if they press a digit for a submenu then they prove to have touch tone and system expects a tone ,when none heard then hangup, not changeable , that i know of

HALLOWED ARE THE ORI
