CCR Tree won't transfer to extension upon pressing the correct option, lets say 1

Hello to all,

I've programmed a Call Pilot 100 CCR Tree
It has 7 option with sub option. So let's say you press 3 for finance and in finance I have 5 option to transfer to an extension.

All works until I press 1 for Mary at finance and then transfer node is a transfer node with intercom and below I've entered extension 222.
System comes back "the person you have called is not available"

Here is what the screen shot looks like

Tree Number: 1

I have this transfer option on 2 of other nodes of the 7 and they work except this one.

Any thoughts?

Your Out dial Method needs to be "intercom".

Sorry it did show Intercom.

Found that some staff had COS 7 so no transfer allowed and also programming in in Fire Fox showed the CCR Tree had the transfer extension programmed but in Explorer, they were blank.

Also found out that Firefox was not the best to use, went to Explorer and my changes were not registered.
