CCR TREE TO VOICE MAIL

I setup a CCR Tree with a transfer node to VM #. I am unable to make this work. I replace the VM # with other numbers, this does work.

Is their something else I must do or a new approach?

Are you trying to get people to CallPilot to check voicemail remotely? If so, it doesn't work that way on the BCM like it does on a CallPilot in a PBX.

You could throw the callers to a mailbox and have them press 81. Or, from an auto attendant, press **.
