The platform is a BCM400 w/ 3.6 software.
I have a customer that is having trouble routing calls using a mailbox path from a CCR tree to an Information mailbox. When the path for the information mailbox is chosen the information mailbox recording does not play. All that plays is the menu 0 prompt. The information mailbox is initialized and a primary greeting has been recorded. Testing by transferring to the information mailbox outside the CCR tree does play the announcement. Other CCR tree paths work fine. Programming this on the CP100/150, NAM and Flash has no similar problem. In the past, using an information mailbox to make frequent announcement changes pointed to by a CCR tree instead of the Announcement Path inside the CCR tree has been quite user friendly. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
