CCR Tree Return to Main Greeting

Good morning,

I have a BCM 3.6. We have just implemented a new CCR tree with 3 sub menus. Each submenu offers 3 or more extensions to choose from. At the end of the submenu, we would like to have the calls return to the main greeting for the CCR. Currently, pressing 8, starts the submenu recording over again. Is there a quick fix to to have it return to the main greeting if the caller press's 8 or * or #?

By chance do you use the Custom Auto-Attendant Menu Prompts in Greeting tables? I enabled and recorded silence and same issue seemed to vanish. It can't hurt to try? Good luck
 
No home option on either path. And yes I did record a custom. Auto attendent greeting. I could have sworn that I ran into once before a long time ago The fix was pretty simple from what I remember. Just having a time trying to find it in my brain.

Ok Home and Disconnect option is only for Info and Leave message options.

* will take you back if AA/GRTG Return to AA is = Y

I take it the call disconnects by default, that is by design so your lines dont get locked up by ghost callers.


Another option is to just record by repeating your greeting a few times for those whom cant decide what to press lol
