CCR Tree Repeating before timing out to attendant

Has anyone noticed that on 4.0 bcm's, an auto attendant will repeat the CCR tree menu before timing out to the attendant? It seems to happen on all 4.0 BCM's. Is there a work around? Patch? Thanks

I have same issue among other Call Pilot issues on Contact Center. We need some patches huh?
