CCR Tree Problems

Has anyone run into this?

I have a customer who has a BCM 400 4.0 ,when a call is answered in the greeting table and the CCR tree option is pressed it says "That selection is not recognized" and then dumps me into the canned greeting. I have tried the latest SU tried building new CCR and Greet table even changed the target lines ringing in to the greeting table, no matter what option I press I get the same thing.

Any Ideas?

Does station dialing work normally from AA

If there is a free CCR available try using another one

Tried 3 different ccr trees, still have the same problem.
