CCR Tree keeps calling a cell phone

I have a BCM 450 R1 that periodically calls a cell phone and the person who answrs hears the CCR Tree of this site. There are NO programming options within the tree with that cell phone number and I have disables all outbound access from the Call Pilot. the patches are 100% up to date also. Has anyone heard of this happening??

I did that to mess with my boss a couple times. Is anyone logged into Call Pilot when the call happens?

Noone is logged in when it happens. It happened last time early on a Monday morning. I cannto find this cell phone nmber ANYWHERE in the CP or EM.

Can you find the cell number in Call Detail Recording to see where it's originating?

Cell number is any routes?

Does CCR have any cell #'s?
If so call the numbers and see if you get same person.

No the Cell number does not exist anywhere in the CCR. Currently no CDR is use either. I changed the nnadmin password in case someone is hacking and editing a CCR greeting to that cell number and I am setting up dynamic snapshots to try and capture the call going out but if anyone can tell me how else they think this could happen that would be great. I dont see a phone forwarded to a cell number could do it since the cell user hears the CCR greeting and they would not hear that from a phone user on the system.

Well that shouldn't hear it regardless of what type of call.

No there is no involvement with the cel number anywhere nor does it show up in the CP or the system anywhere.

Lets try re wording this for you.....yes or no questions.

-The person whom owns the problem cell #, are they a stranger whom has nothing to do with your company?.

-Aside form the problem cell #, are their any cell numbers programmed on the system?.
