No you cannot.
Info is not for telling people what to dial, Info is for stating information such as you fax number, web site and so on.
For directing people where to go in the system then Menu for options/divisions or press # for the company directory.
If you insist on listing peoples ext # instead then use Menu but you will need to fool the CCR tree to think the Menu is complete since Menu is wanting single digits pressed (Paths/Nodes).
Example for Directory Press 1
Path/Node 1 = Menu
Then create Path 1X (I use 18) end tell 18 to transfer to 221.
So CCR now thinks you created Path 1 and you gave at least one option which is 8, tree now complete.
The Info #2 is simply "For any question related to our products and services, please press 227. Otherwise here is our phone directory: John Doe 221, Mike Dow 222, etc."
If I want people to be able to dial an extension during the message, not wait at the end, how do I have to setup the menu?
In menu #2, I will have my message and people will be able to dial extensions. In node 2.1, I don't record anything. I need at least one node because it said "incomplete" when I go back to "CCR Tree Administration" if there is no node.
I have a second question. In my first menu, if people don't dial 1 or 2 or an extension, the call is redirect to the attendant extension, as if they dial 0. In my second menu, if people don't dial 1 or an extension, the call just stops. Is there a way to redirect the call to the attendant extension or a menu?
From the Home Menu yes but not the other Menus unless you tell them to press 0.
By default people will forward to the attendants DN from the main menu only.
In the Home menu, if you don't press any digits the system assumes you can't because you have a rotary phone. In subsequent menus, the system knows you can dial digits so it assumes you've hung up.
