CCR Tree default path

I have an existing CCR Tree that states in spanish to press 1 or you can press 2 or remain on the line without pressing anything to get to the normal hunt group with english.
Where does this ccr tree setup tell it to default to path 2 if nonthing is pressed?
I have created another ccr tree and it seemd to defualt to path 1.

Any help would be appreciated.

Depending how you setup your patch depends where it will go, your option are at the end when editing your path.

Paths do not default to another patch that I recall.


Proper method given you have the right software Eng/Spanish is you would have callers press 9 for the Alternate language.
Anywhere you can do a greeting you also do the Alternate greeting choice for your other language.

It is following the Attendent in the Table if you press zero or do nothing. The HG DN is in where the Att is entered.
