CCR transfer

I have a New BCM 50 with 6.0 software I setup a hunt group with overflow to ext 221 This is set to option 1 in the ccr tree when you press option 1 the call rings on the hunt group then on the ext but do not go the the ext VM it goes back to the ccr menu recording this would be a nice feature but it is not what the customer would like the system to do. How do I get the call into ext 221 vm box 221 is also set as the operator and if I dial 221 or 0 from the ccr menu the calls do go into the vm box as advertised
 
Maybe a ring/timer conflict.
As a test perhaps change FNA at 221 to 2 rings and see if that works, if so then change timer in HG or Prime Line maybe.

Also FYI f you want it to go straight to vmail you could set overflow to vmails DN, it will drop to General Delivery mailbox.
