I thought this worked on another system I installed.

Incoming call hits CCR 1
= thanks for calling
press 1 for english
Press 2 for spanish

once you make a selection (1 or 2) you cannot then dial an
EXT. IE 221, 222 etc.

what am I doing wrong or missing ???

Thanks

It's only dialtone-VZ

It depends on what you want to accomplish, but I'd start with a sub-menu, like Path 11, 12 and Spanish being Path 21, or 22.

Check out the enable dn dialing. Sounds like it disabled

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

it's enabled
DN dialing works before you press 1 or 2
but after that it just repeats if you hit digits

also they do have all Centrex lines which could be the cause

NTPS say under CCR that ext dial is available.
Patchs up to date also

no I don't
But Isn't that for alternate language which I might have to try using. Hit 9 for an alternate language

BCM 50 setup

Incoming call hits Auto Attendant greeting table 1 ( after 4 rings)
( I have no Company greeting recorded so it hits the CCR Menu Node 1 )
= thanks for calling ( CCR 1 recording)
press 1 for english
Press 2 for spanish
once you make a selection (1 or 2)

it plays a message ( in spanish or English)
for linda smith Dial x221
Paul johnson x222
etc.

You could try enabling bilingual support and using the alternate languages. At least then you would only have to create 1 main CCR table.

I might go that route

Thx
