ccr syntax for wait time in Q with ACD MAX

Could someone give me the correct syntax for a script that would indicate "All agents are busy, your estimated wait time is x Minutes" using a ivr vm treatment (I don't have any spare rans)... I simply want the client to hear the estimated time, with NO option to bail out or leave a message....
