CCR stopped printing reports on BCM 450

We can see real time but reports will not print. Not sure but I think the dictory thats stores data may be full. I have repaired this issue in the past by purging the dir. Not sure of the steps have lost my documents on the subject. Please help or give an idea to resolve this problem. I'am I wrong and it is something else.

We were having few issue with CCR lately and we reinstall the software in the recent windows. Since then, everything seem ok. So, make sure the application is up to date...
