CCR Scripting

I know this is not strictly Meridian, but can't find one for CCR! Does anybody know what commands in a script will take the calls out of hours to a voicemail box where the caller can leave a message?

Hello,

i.e.
IF TIME OF DAY 17:00..23:59 THEN
GIVE IVR XXX WITH TREATMENT 1234
ENDIF

The 1234 is an enty in you VSDN table to the EM (express messaging).

I'm not 100% if this works on CCR because sometimes i mix up te CCR and Syposium commands.

But if i where you i would give it a try.

Yeah, me too!

If I recall CCR, the "If" comes after. Like this:

GIVE IVR XXXX WITH TREATMENT 1234
IF TIME OF DAY = (17:00..23:59)
FORCE DISCONNECT

or use a variable for Time of Day

Yes, that's it!!

Now i see it i remember. The IF command comes after the GIVE IVR command.
