CCR scheduled reports not working

Hi all,

Background information: IPO 500 V7 with VM Pro, CCR 7.0.6.6. Emails are working fine both from IPO and VM Pro. However we notice it's not working from CCR for the scheduled email reports - error message showing "Sending e-mail failed.". Telnet to our email server port 25 is working fine from the VM server. Is there anywhere else I can check and verify the email server settings?

Ok - so telnet from the CCR server works too?

Right, voice mails are working properly with emails.
 
login to ccr using admin account, click system preferences - you will see the smtp settings there, must be an error in there or still on default.
 
That's it! I can't believe the installer missed configuring that part. Thanks very much Mr. Irish!
