I have resently installed a CCR installation and I have a question to anyone who has installed this. Is there anyway of automatically resetting the real time statistics over night?
They have some software that you can install and schedule using Windows Scheduled Tasks. This was addressed during EI. Talk to your business partner or distributor.
Per my issue during EI here is their response:
"This is Design Intent.
We have developed and exe that can be used to schedule a reset in the Windows Scheduler. If we have enough feedback we will formally include it in the product in the future.
For now contact the NPI dept we will arrange for the exe and instruction to be sent to you. "

I tried but it still gives me the same reports with the same old stats
