I constantly have a problem trying to understand CCR reports.

On a trace report it shows various actions all at the same time.

Things like queue disabled and logged off.

Is there anywhere other than the CCR user guide that helps to understand these reports.

In addition, is there a rule of thumb for when a client should use full SQL and not SQL Express?

thanks

Sounds like it is configured wrong.
What software version ipo?
What software version CCR?
What type of groups are used?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

If you can post a sample of the report we can try to shed some light on it. I find the trace report almost worthless.

Regarding full SQL vs SQL Express. If you use SQL Express 2008 R2 your database size is 10GB which isn't bad on most cases although if this is a large/busy call center they can easily overrun that in a year or two, sometimes sooner. CCR will begin to purge old data when the database gets close to capacity. So with that being said it is a matter of the amount of time the customer wants to retain historical data.

Ive found SQL Express 2k8 r2 falls flat on its face once it gets to 10GB - anything over 30 agents and a few hundred calls a day, forget express.

I've actually had quite good luck with it but could be just that...luck. I've moved several customers from SQL 2005 Express to 2008R2 because we have reached the capacity limit on 2005.
