CCR Report Tabs missing 2

I have seen some threads talking about this but no real answer. I have IPO 8.1 with CCR 8.1 on a clean win2008 server. All seems to work well except for 1 thing. On the customer PC when logging in as supervisor there are no tabs in the report view. If I use the same login from the Win2008 PC where CCR is installed, all the tabs are there. There must be something missing on the customer PC. Anyone know what it might be? Could it be Silverlight? Any help would be appreciated.
 
When you click on report does it say anything about an error and click to continue?
 
No nothing. Also nothing I click on works. Like the calendar for setting up a report but the report tabs do not even show up.
 
FYI My fix. Go to Control Panel and reinstall Crystal Reports. Tabs then appeared.
 
Had the same problem, reinstalling Crystal didn't work.
Turned out that Crystal was using the wrong .net framewaork (classic v4) I went into IIS>Default Sites>Crystal and under advanced setting changed the .net to the IPOCCR version.
Resarted IIS and hey presto my report tabs appeared.

Let the CCR fun commence :)
