Currently on the primary menu, if a caller doesn't enter an option, at the completion of the recording it transfers to the operator extension.

On the next level menu, if no option is entered, system says ''exiting the system'' and hangs up.

Is there a way to change a 2nd level menu, to either transfer to the operator or perform another function.

Specifically, if an user pressed 1 from the main menu, to place an order, it goes to a 2nd level, which says you may enter your sales reps extension or press 1 for our next available representative. pressing 1 puts the caller in park and page and the sysem announces a order is parked on xx. I would like to eliminate the need to press press the 2nd 1 and it would just say hold for next...

Thanks for any insight. I realize we are trying to make this do some call center options, but it seems there should be a way to set a default for a 2nd level menu rather than disconnect.
