CCR not working after IPO upgrade

I need a quick one ,We have customer call reporter working on release 6 and ip office also on release 6.We upgraded the ip office unit to 7.0(27).After the upgrade we noticed that the CCR status is showing disconnected.Do we need to upgrade the CCR too.?
 
Yes you should do that.
Every Avaya product you have should be upgraded to the level that it needs to be.
This is all mentioned in the tech bulletins that are on the support site.
