Hi gang,
Have CCR 6.1.4.4 installed on a Server 2008 64-bit OS, SQL 2008 Express R2. 4Gb memory. IP Office 412 at R6.1.20. CCR runs rock-solid for about 7-8 business days then a SQL Database communication fault occurs in CCR.
I noted today that the SBCCDashboardHelper.exe process is using a whopping 2.9 Gb alone and that my total memory utilization is about 3.7Gb of the available 4Gb installed. CPU is quad-core and very low util. Case opened. Has anyone else seen this? I plan to reboot tonight and then monitor memory usage to see if this creeps back up.
