CCR external transfer

Trying to set up a CCR that will allow the caller the option to be transferred to the on call emergency service manager after hours.

Normally I would just set up the CCR with the Selector Code I want to use and enter the following #1234567. The # provides a Centrex Flash and that is the end of that.

This client has a PRI and FLASH does not work. What should I do to transfer the call out of the CCR

Use the desti code just like you are placing a call from a phone.

I don't think the flash will will give the option of route for the outdial. Wont work.

cook, when they said Flash I think they were talking about the Hook Flash and not the actuall voicemail system. If this is the case then instead of #+ phone number as the dial out from the CCR it will be Desti+ phone number.

Will the caller experience any volume loss since this sounds moe like a PATCH I assume meaning that the incoming calls is patched to an outgoing line.
