CCR Error

Hi ...

I have IPO Rls8.1, and CCR. today the customer face a problem when try to login as follows

invalid username or password, and no status indicator.

The user name and password is correct and all the service is running.

restart the services and the server many time with no results.

what will cause this problem ? nothing changed either on IPO or IPOCCR Server.

Well, if CCR says : invalid username or password then you entered an invalid username or password.

And if you think you didn't , think again.

Now, do you have any other credentials (non admin) that does work?

 
Possible corruption is the SQL database. There's a way to fix it but easier to reinstall.

Also try to change the Name if it exists in IP Office Manager.

The User may then able to login and create a new password as a new first time login.


Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

check it the service today found that the SQL service is stopped, try to start it but the following error occurs

Compelling reason to upgrade to Avaya Call Reporting and R11. I mean, you're going to be installing something. It might as well be supported.
