Hi,
when working on Reporting for Contact Center for BCM, I had a database description PDF for the RCC, which included setting up ODBC connection, plus a full description of the RCC database (including all the database tables).
Does anyone have such a guide for CCR for IP Office? Has Avaya produced one? How can you access the CCR database on the CCR server directly, if it's possible (including command line and through SQL management tools)?
If the CCR canned/standard reports are insufficient, anyone have any pointers on who/which companies might be able to write reports from the CCR database?
Finally, does anyone have similar database definition and logon method for the postgres contact store database?
I'm trying to find out what is in the public domain; or is it a case of the CCR & contact Store installation and user guides are the only available docs in public domain; in which case how would you write reports from the CCR database for example?
Thanks in anticipation.
