ccr custom reports question

hey all,
anyone using custom reports yet? I have loaded the templates but 1 thing I notice is that you don't seem to be able to choose a queue for reporting on. You simpy have to report on all queues which sort of defeats the purpose of "custom reporting". Maybe I'm wrong, can someone clarify? Also, has anyone got experience of using custom reports?
