CCR Call reports discrepancies

Call center manager noticed when she pulls a call summary report based on agents and then pulling the exact same report on all lines the numbers will differ on customer calls, call interactions and answered calls on each report. I did noticed that in the help menu that it states "depending on the report targets included and how the report is grouped, the same call may have more than one interaction within the report.

Yep, welcome to CCR. The numbers are a bit fuzzy. I always told people "don't fire anyone over them, the way they are represented are not accurate". The only way you'll get super accurate(ish) numbers is to write the reports yourself which is just a huge pain.
