CCR and IP Office

Hi ,,,

I have an IP Office with CCR Configured with it , its connected and running ok , but some times when i try to generate a report the following message appear in the report

( the following IP Office experienxeed communication failure with CCR for the periods stated report date during these periods may be incomplete)

IP Office name IP address Connection Lost Connection Restored
07/12/2012 12:37:39 07/12/2012 12:39:00
07/12/2012 20:47:14 07/12/2012 20:50:11

and sometimes with different period its generated and its ok, note that the connection between the ip office and the CCR server is ok , all the services of the reporting and SQL is running, mean when i connect to the CCR as an Administrator , the status is green and show thats its connected to the IP Office and all the Service is running .

So, How can I Solve this .

Apparantly the IPO and ccr server lost the connection on those times.
