CCR and Hostiracal Reports

Hi ...

I have configure a CCR and is Running , now i can generate a realtime reports, but when i try to generate a report from last week or month it generate empty. note that all services is up and running . whats the proplem?

How long is CCR running?
It will show report from the moment it is installed!

Hi ...

yes , when I installed it it running and show report and hostrical but now just realtime , and all components and services is running .
