Hi ...
I have a Problem on Reporting for Contact Center.
The following is description of the problems (Message appears on Screen when trying to generate a reports).
"we are sorry but we are unable to process your request at this time. If logging has been activated this error has been recorded.
Error Details:
Number: -1
Description: error in GetAgentSkillsets
Source: CCRCore.dll
The real time reporting and ipview wallboard is working without problem.
How can I solve this ?
