CCR and Drag and Drop

Hi All,

when i login as an administrator and want to configure the view to the supervisor account, i can see in the left hand side the the queue, and the queue statistics, and the agent staticits, and the alarm tabs. when i click on each tab there is no thing to
drag expext the queue ( CCR BTC ( i configured ), TOTAL, and System) but also i cant drag it.
when i login with supervisor accounts, i generae and saved a report, i cant drag it to the right account.

any help please.

Did you first make the queue i.e. CCR BTC, and drag it to the right? From there you should be able to drag and drop any queue statistics and/or Agent statistics you want. Even in Administrator mode.
