Hello all.
Have a Nortel system with version 30B@G06 NAT software. WHile working in the CCR tree, I wish to transfer a call to an external number. This is easily accomplished on other systems with which I've worked .. but in this particular system, when configured, the caller receives the message "The Line or line pool configured for this call is not valid." The CCR transfer point calls for the use of LinePool A ... and a valid 10 digit phone number is entered into the protocol (a 1 prefix is not required).
Your assistance on how to complete the transfer of an external call, through the CCR Tree, to an external number would be appreciated.
I've done it on other systems, without having received the message about "the line or line pool configured for this call is not valid." Just have never received this error message.
THANKS in advance, FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE
