CCR Agent Issue when forwarding huntgroup calls?

All,

I have a CCR Hunt-group which contains around 10 users and recently experienced an issue with unconditional forwarding.

On a Saturday I had 2 members of this group working externally so I made a change to the User settings by selecting 'unconditional forwarding' & 'Forward Hunt Group Calls' and 'Internal Calls' to their mobile phones. This unfortunately did not work as the calls to the hunt group were not connecting through to their mobile phones - although they did for Direct Calls...

I have now tested this and if the CCR option is removed, this then seemed to work... Has anyone experienced this issue before and will the Hunt Group CCR have to be disabled for this to route externally?

Sounds logical to me as CCR group and group members should be monitored by the CCR application.
Use mobile twinning instead.
