CCR Agent Group

412 Running 6.0 and CCR..

This is the 2nd time this has happened, I logged into the Wallboard user, and noticed that I had no available groups to display. Since this happened before, I remembered that CCR Agent Group was unchecked. I have had to do this a few times, go back in and check the box to enable the CCR Agent Group.

Has anyone else had this happen? Or does anyone know why this gets disabled?

Alright, I'll try it out. Poking around CCR a bit more, there are a lot of things that don't seem to be right.

I also checked out the event viewer, and at 2:30am I get this every night.

Started application. Arguments = C:\Program Files\Avaya\IPOCCR\CCRWebClient\CCRMaintenanceTasks\SBCCMaintTasks.exe, SBCCResetIISTask, 1

Followed by these 3 events.

Warning:
The Management Service stopped.
Warning:
The Historical Reporting Service stopped.
Error:
The Client stopped.

Then it all initializes again. Is this part of it's own maintenance plan?

It resets some thing at 2:30 and 3:30 so yes this is alright.

Just happened again.. Logged into the Wallboard, the Hunt Group was not in the Queues section, I checked Manager, and sure enough it was unchecked again.

I did upgrade the CCR as well. I have no idea what would be taking this group out of being a CCR Agent Group.

IS there any reporting to alert a supervisor that one of the CCR services has stopped? So you can make sure it has restarted.
I have had complaints that one of the services stopped, not letting any more information to be gathered, and no one noticed until the next report was pulled and contained no data.

h382, are you sure that someone is sending back a config with that group unchecked?

I'm the only one with access to this system, and I was out of town all weekend, during which time it got unchecked. But just for kicks I checked the audit trail, and sure enough, the last change was me changing the Hunt Group option when I created this Thread.
