Does anyone know where i can find this software? i've tried searching the avaya website but it is a fail. I can only find version 9 which doesnt help me right now as the client is only on release 8.1. I have tried the ipoffice info website but the links are dead ends.

any thoughts?

It is on the PLDS portal, if you have no access then you are not a Avaya partner.
In that case contact your Avaya partner/reseller.
