CCR 8.1 Outgoing Calls

How to add total outgoing calls from agents on PC Wallboard? and it should appear in reports also
I am using CCR Version 8.1,


Please need your help
 
Agent stats not available on WallBoard. But in reports outbound calls is already there in Agent Time Card report for each agent
 
So it is not possible to add outgoing calls on PC Wallboard?
 
You may opt to show up at your big screen the real time agents stat from your CCR.

Having the agents stats is not practical (IMHO) if AVaya will add it for wallboard, imagine if you have 1000 agents, that will be a 1000boxes at your PC Wallboard?

CCR doesn't report on outbound stats on its wallboards.

Currently thing you can do is generate a League table with System HuntGroup and OutBound calls as statistic , though not exactly number of outbound calls you will get , Only the ranking
 
how to add league table in the system, because i am not getting required procedure
can anyone tell me to how can i add league table
