CCR / 2nd menu point does not work 1

Hello,
I have a Norstar ICMS 4.0 and VM, CCR picking up all the incoming calls, at the main point or home menu there is a message recorded that prompts caller to enter the choices from 1-8. What I am trying to do is have a another menu to make choices from after caller enters the choice at the first level. There are choices that I have on a programming menu including:
menu
xtransf
message
info, etc.
After hitting menu I am prompted to record another greating but how do you build from that point on, using choices from 1-6. It looks that systems goes back a level after I record that second menu point, because it tells me that path 1 is already assinged, but it is assigned to home menu and I am trying to assign it to the second menu.

All the help would be greatly appriciated.

After recording menu point greeting, say CCR path 2, then you would build the menu paths as 21, 22, 23, etc. THe menu paths may have paths... 211,222,233, etc.
