Callpilot 100 on CICS

I was rushed and screwed up somewhere, I did not test before I left, I was going to test remotely at closing time.
2 divisions (via CCR paths 1 & 2) using HG's then goes to their own mailbox.

Now they want Service to go to the mailbox right away after 5pm and weekends

The setup I had done previously:
HG 290 Sales - MB 290
HG 291 Service - MB 291

All lines to Table 1
Table 1 to Morn CCR 1, Aft CCR 1, Eve CCR 1
Table 1 Schedule (all default)
Morn 12am
Aft 12pm
Eve 6pm
(Nbus 6pm) Not used

CCR 1
Path 1 - Int 290 Sales
Path 2 - Int 291 Service

The client wanted to change up Service, they want calls to straight to the mailbox after 5 pm weekdays and all day weekends

I built Tree 2
CCR 2
Path 1 - Int 290 Sales
Path 2 - Int 291 Lvmsg 291

Table 1
Changed CCR Eve to Tree 2
Changed Schedule:
Morn 10am
Aft 12pm
Eve 5pm
(Nbus 6pm) Not used

My issue is, now when they press 2 it goes straight to the mailbox when it is not 5pm yet.

Time on the phones are correct
Now that I typed that out, the date must be wrong, it thinks its the weekend.

Anyhow if anybody notices something I missed please let me know.

Are you certain that you actually programmed it in the way described above? If in Table 1 you inadvertently set Morn and Aft to CCR 2 when you only intended to do so for Eve, then that would create this situation.

Thanks for the reply

Update
I had called and walked the client through programming...

-Double checked Table 1 Morn CCR 1, Aft CCR 1, Eve CCR 2 was correct
I had them change Eve back to CCR 1 until my return so they could get calls.

I called back again later about the date.
-The date was wrong, it was 2002 Dec 22 which was a Sunday, however after correcting it and changing Eve back to CCR 2 it still did not work, so back to Eve CCR 1 it is.

Later I recalled when it comes to changing the date or time you need to wait for voicemail to sync, probably 10 minutes or so but I forget.

Next update might be next week.

A long time ago I had a NAM that needed different ccr's. I think I had to set the non business time to match the evening even though I wasn't using non business. I might be thinking of something different not sure anymore. Also you could try setting up non business and teach them how to close and open the business, that might work.

Just a couple of caffeine thoughts early in the morning.

Merry Christmas to all!

You might be thinking of "Greetings" in Table maybe? Morn Aft Eve Non Bus?

I went to site yesterday.
Double checked the date we had corrected was still good.
I changed Table 1, CCR Eve from Tree 1 back to Tree 2
Made a test call, option 2 Service and now it does not go straight to the mailbox during the day as it does not think its the weekend anymore.
Called in after 5pm, option 2 Service and it went straight to the mailbox, tried option 1 Sales and the sets still ring, all good!

I didn't test after 8pm when Sales is closed but I tested early this morning and now I get right away:
"one moment please the operator is not available, exiting the system, good bye" and I am disconnected.

Time to get out the Buford Pusser stick.

They are not trained to use F982, even so how would it give that greeting, assuming you need to press 0 to hear that.

Happy New Year
