CCPXYSVC.exe, What is it and HELP ME

for some reason the CCPXYSVC.exe is always (Not Responding) in the task list when I press (alt + ctrl + del)
What is CCPXYSVC.exe, when ever I end task it it shuts off my internet. It appears to be something important, but doesn't appear to want to run. I just recently installed norton 2003 so i am not familiar with anything new yet.
Any help would be appreciated

Executable Name: CCPXYSVC.exe

Required: Unknown at this time

Comments: Part of Norton AntiVirus 2003. E-mail proxy service? Is it required

And this one as well..

Ccpxysvc ccPxySvc.exe

(Symantec) Common Client Proxy Service. This task is found in Norton Personal Firewall 2003 and Norton Internet Security 2003 under Windows 2000/XP. We do not yet know what it does.

Recommendation :
As we do not know what it does, we can only recommend that you leave it alone.

I suggest you remove and then re-install Norton..

I recently installed Norton 2003 Pro and keep on getting not responding messages to the file CCPXYSVC - has any1 got a fix to this? If so please help! Many thanks!
