CComboBox & OnSelChange()

I'm implementing a CComboBox object without using the wizard. My question is, how do I implemnt the OnSelChange() function? If i was using the wizard, I wouldn't have a probem with it. But since I'm not using the wizard, I'm not quite sure how it works. Any info is greatly apprecited!
