CCNP Worthy? Will it be remove? Help

I'm planning on taking the IP Telephony Certification, but one of the requirements is the CCNP or CCIP. Can any tell me if is worth taking the CCNP?? Or should I take the CCIP?? Please Help? I already have a CCNA.

the CCIP builds on the CCNP. so it will help to have the CCNP. and i'm not sure but you mite need the CCNP befor cisco will give you the CCIP, like you need the CCNA befor cisco will give you the CCNP.
