Yes it's true.. I finished it today. And I have to say that while the Support exam is not as difficult as others, the questions are the asolute worst when it comes to clarity relative to what they are asking. I know I missed a few just because I could not make heads or tails of what the heck they were asking.
For the record,
A single ATM encapsulation question
several on Appletalk encapsulations, routing and mapping to the OSI model
quite a few on IPX and quite a few on ISDN. Know your ISDN debug commands and how they map over to the ISDN model. Know the common CONNECT, ACK etc messages and who(NT1 etc) talks to who and when during a call setup and teardown.
A couple of Frame relay, not nearly as many as I would have throught.
A couple of troubleshooting procedure questions and a few of Ciscoworks and such.
And above, when you pass, go out a have a cold one ;-)
