I got some routers and switch some time ago to practice for the CCNA, since then I have been unable to put in the practice time. The routers I have are 4500, 2 x 2501 and a 1912 switch.

I have some time now and I am wondering which switches and routers are you being tested on for the CCNA. Can what I have suffice or do I need to get different equipment.

Thanks
Ryan...

Command syntax is for 2950 switches (real IOS not the 1900 OS or CatOS) and 2600 routers. The switch IOS commands are the ones that will bite you if you use the 1900 syntax. Routers won't make that much difference as long as you have code greater that 12.0.

Thanks Cluebird, I have a couple 2950's at work that I can "borrow"...
