I am taking my CCNA tomorrow. Anything I should really look at before going in? I have used Cisco Press for study and also a Boson 640-801 Book. I am going to go through my labs tonight. I have 2 2500 routers and an Enterprise 1900 Switch. Is ISDN heavy on this test? Does any body know the break down on questions per subject or is it totally random?

Subnets 15+%
switches, VLANs, Access-lists, Frame-relay, ISDN, IP routes...

It isn't totally random, it's rather progressive.
Depending on which question you may get wrong, the system tries to present you a question from the same section.

know how to subnet.
know how to program routing protocols.
be familiarized with CLI.
cable types and such.
oh yeah, know how to program frame-relay and its configuration options.

Good Luck

Just for an update I passed the test today. Thanks for all the helpful posts.

What the issues that they ask you for ? How many questions was ? it was tricky exam or easy? I have the test tommorow ....
pls advise

The test was 55 Questions. RIP, IGRP, EIGRP and OSPF were the main routing protocol questions. Some VLAN, maybe 1 ISDN, A few debug questions. It wasnt to bad actually. Just be aware of the time you have. Another things is before you hit start fir the test sit in the booth and write down all the things that will help you through the test like a class see subnet mask

128 64 32 16 8 4 2 1
128 192 224 240 248 252 254 255

I used this alot for the Subnet questions. Quite a few on the test. I wrote down other things also. And when I saw something in a question I thought I might need to remember, I wrote it down. When you have the things you want to remember written down. You can hit start. It wont count against you. Know wild cards also. (OSPF) Read each question thoroughly. I went through all of the labs on the test the day before. I have 2 routers and 1 switch. I will probably ramp that up for my CCNP. Good Luck.
