This question is causing me and my study mate some problems, I reckon the corrct answer is number one, he on the other hand is adamant that its number two.
Can some body please put us out of our misery.

interface ethernet0
ipx network4a
ipx access-group 800 out
interface ethernet1
ipx network 3d
interface ethernet2
ipx network tc
access-list 800 permit 3d 4a

Traffic from network 3d for network a4 will be forwarded out of e0

Traffic from network 3d for network a4 will be forwarded out of e2

Well you are the correct one in this case. Since int E0 is on network 4a, then the only logical forwarding to get to network 4a is to forward OUT of E0. The traffic coming from network 3d comes IN int E1 and then is send to int E0. Once it is at E0 it is processed from access-list 800, and since it meets the criteria to be forwarded, it gets forwarded OUT of E0. Hope this helps, let me know...
