I have been reading and working hard to get my CCNA. I finally feel as if it's time for me to get it.. went to Pearson VUE to setup the test...

$250.00

I thought this test was $150.00 does anyone know why it went up or am i just getting raked over the coals?

bobbyforhire,

That is it -

What Do They Cost?
Computer-based certification exam prices range from $80 to $325 US dollars or equivalent worldwide. The ICND1 and ICND2 exams are $125 USD, the CCNA exam is $250 USD and the professional level CCNP and CCDP Composite exam is $300.00 USD, and CCIE written exams are $350 USD. Payment is made directly to the authorized test delivery partner Pearson Vue.

CCIE lab exams are $1,400 USD. Payment is made online via credit card or wire transfer

Refund policies vary by testing delivery partner.

Kind of $uck$ but it will force people to be serious about getting certs!

That is why I was so upset about missing the ICND2 (by one question)... $125 a pop.. But it is worth it.. Just schedule it for at least two weeks out and study your tail off every day until!

Well being my broke self i went ahead and signed up for the ICND1 ($125). Test is on the 10th. Three weeks away. I am just doing simple things this week, next week i will move into cram mode, last week is pre testing week. Does anyone know a good...free...place to take a PRE-ICND1 test? I've got alot of material but none of it has a what to expect....when expecting??

Thank You,

Free I would recommend looking over the Cisco ICND1 test material coverage and concentrate on all key points.. You can also check out the Lammle site as he references the material present on the CCENT..

Try:

There is a link to the new Cisco Learning Network site from this address...
