Hi,
I'm not sure about what i'm going to tell you but i think its true.
The new CCNA exam its 640-607 wich has drag & drop and simulations questions added to multichoice questions.
You'll have to take the exam in a controlled enviroment like VUE or Prometric center, and because the exam is to be taken in Internet i think you'll take the 640-607 but you'll sure find better information in these url's
