Go to and under the tab Training and Events go to the link for the Cisco Network Academy - it is offered for CCNA and CCNP in thousands of places in the world. In the United States it is taught at many community colleges and adult education centers.
I teach at a Cisco Network Academy in Florida at a community college and the classes (4 for CCNA) are about $220 each. One of the best training programs that Cisco put together for CCNA - it has been around since about 1998.
You can search for all the schools that teach the different classes in Texas.
You also might want to go over to the Cisco Certification area here at Tek-Tips when you have questions on Cisco certs

Lincoln College of Technology (ACC)

I don't know anything about this place, but if you go to and go to the Cisco Academy link under "Training and Events" you can put in your zip code and see all the places in the area, same for you reelbigfish.
I know South Florida has several Cisco Network Academies, however they might be more in the Miami or Ft Lauderdale area, not that there is anything wrong with Lincoln - YOU will need to check them out!
