Hi All,

Hopefully I quick one. I am running some reports for a client and just need to know where the settings are set.

I am running the "Queue Answer Spectrum by Period" and "Queue Handle Spectrum by Period."

I know if I go to the queue in YourSite explorer I can see the answer spectrum under the Queue Spectrum tab but I am unsure where to find where the Handle one is set?

Any info appreciated.

The default is the scale shown in the help ( in italics below), this corresponds to the TALK in the same spot as the abandoned ( see image below)

default time scale (<10, <60, <180, <240, <300, <360, <420, <480, <540, and >541 seconds).
